77abe Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Our Platform

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the 77abe platform from time to time, form the entire agreement between you and 77abe. This Agreement supersedes all prior communications, representations, or arrangements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

By completing the registration process, accessing any game or betting market, making a deposit, or otherwise using the platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement in its entirety. Acceptance of these Terms is a prerequisite for access to all features of the 77abe platform. You may not use the platform on a conditional or partial-acceptance basis.

77abe reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

02 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 77abe, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform on a voluntary basis and for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and betting activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party when registering or conducting transactions on the platform.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 77abe or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an account suspended, closed, or terminated by 77abe for any violation of these Terms or any prior terms of service.

77abe reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the 77abe platform, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure that it remains accurate at all times.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 77abe platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are identified, 77abe will close all such accounts, void all associated bets and bonus claims, and may retain any remaining balances as a penalty for the breach.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You must notify 77abe immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 77abe will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.4 Account Verification

77abe operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid national identity card, passport, driver's licence, or utility bill. Verification may be requested at registration, upon making a withdrawal, or at any point that 77abe deems necessary. Processing of withdrawal requests will be paused pending successful completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77abe accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 77abe reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 77abe, though your chosen payment provider may apply independent transaction limits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. 77abe aims to process the majority of withdrawal requests within 30 minutes of approval; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any outstanding verification requirements. 77abe does not guarantee specific processing timeframes.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable bonus wagering requirements associated with a player's account have been fulfilled. Additionally, 77abe reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks prior to approving any withdrawal request above a threshold determined at its discretion. Withdrawals requested to a payment method that was not used for deposits may be subject to additional verification.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the 77abe platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 77abe does not accept foreign currency deposits, and currency conversion is not provided through the platform.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stipulated period will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.2 Eligibility for Promotions

Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available to eligible players who hold a single, verified account in good standing. Players who hold multiple accounts, have previously abused promotional terms, or whose accounts are currently restricted are not eligible to participate in any promotion. 77abe reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.

5.3 Abuse of Promotions

Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, or misrepresentation of eligibility — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 77abe reserves the right to void all associated bets, cancel bonuses, and close the accounts of players found to have abused promotions.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

77abe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Such changes will not affect any bonus already credited to a player's account at the time of the change, provided that the relevant wagering requirements are satisfied within the originally stipulated timeframe.

06 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the 77abe platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. It is the player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

77abe reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet, or to impose maximum stake restrictions on any player or market, at its sole discretion and without the obligation to provide reasons. The acceptance of a bet at any given time does not obligate 77abe to accept bets from that player at the same stake or on the same market in future.

6.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event that a bet is accepted as a result of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, software malfunction, human error, or system fault — 77abe reserves the right to void the affected bet or bets. Where a void is applied, the original stake will be returned to the player's account. 77abe will not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings resulting from such voids.

6.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid change. Odds displayed during live events are indicative only and may change between the time a bet is submitted and the time it is accepted by the system. Where odds change materially between submission and acceptance, 77abe may decline the bet and return the stake to the player.

07 Responsible Gaming

77abe is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and takes the welfare of its players seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77abe platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or under any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an advantage over other players or the house.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any such issues must be reported to support immediately rather than being used for personal gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or extracting promotional value.
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting or any betting strategy whose primary purpose is the extraction of bonus value rather than genuine entertainment.
• Using payment methods belonging to third parties or transferring funds between player accounts.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 77abe staff, support agents, or other players in any way.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or replicate any part of the 77abe platform or its content.

09 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 77abe platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game content, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of 77abe or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of the platform or its content without the prior written consent of 77abe.

The 77abe name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary brand identifiers of 77abe. Any unauthorised use of these identifiers is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77abe, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or system failure.

77abe does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from security vulnerabilities. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77abe makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information presented on the platform.

In all cases where 77abe's liability is established, the total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 77abe account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

77abe processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and, where you have provided consent, marketing communications. 77abe does not sell personal data to third parties and will only share data with third-party processors where necessary to deliver the services described above.

12 Amendments to These Terms

77abe reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 77abe will take reasonable steps to notify registered players, which may include a notice displayed on the platform, an update to the "Last Revised" date at the top of this document, or a direct communication to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the 77abe platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account in accordance with the procedure described in Section 13 below.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by the Player

You may request the closure of your 77abe account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 77abe will process any verified pending withdrawals before closing the account. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

13.2 Termination by 77abe

77abe reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent registration information.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate the closure of the account.

Where an account is closed by 77abe for a breach of these Terms, 77abe reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and 77abe, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with 77abe's customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint being raised, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate legal channels. Nothing in this clause limits 77abe's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in respect of any breach or threatened breach of these Terms.

For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms represent the complete and final agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter described herein and supersede all prior discussions, negotiations, and representations.
